Broken vape batteries will NO longer be replaced, exchanged or refunded.
Defective vape cartridges and disposables are eligible for an exchange with the following requirements:
- You must bring the defective cartridge back to our location within 7 days of original purchase
- Vape cartridges must be in their original packaging.
- Packaging must NOT be damaged and most have all inventory information still legible
(Batch ID, Lot #, Inventory ID, Company Name, Manufacturing Date and all Testing Information)
- No exceptions will be made if the above requirements are not met
- All exchanges are subject to manager’s approval
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT VAPE BATTERIES AND VAPE CARTRIDGES ARE KNOWN TO HAVE AN AVERAGE OF 3% FAILURE RATE.
